Its roof is made from sedum so as to ensure that not only are the rooms warm in Winter and naturally cool in Summer, but the roof also collects and recycles rainwater and which is then used to flush the toilets. Each room is heavily insulated, with no less than fourteen layers of insulation between the ground room floors and those of the first floor, giving you perfect levels of peace and quiet.
