A real must-stop destination for all Broads explorers, the uniquely isolated former village of Berney Arms was once a populated settlement but now comprises only a railway station, windpump, a pub and a farm, with no inhabited houses. Berney Arms is accessible only by boat or train, and offers visitors the chance to enjoy the picturesque peace of Norfolk before continuing on their journey.
If you’re stopping at Reedham, make sure you don’t miss this quirky corner of Norfolk, and enjoy a pint at the Berney Arms public house.
